You’re not just running a warehouse. You’re running the warehouse network: sourcing cargo, stashing it across Urban, Port, and Border sites, and moving it before the clock—or the feds—catch up. Every cycle you pay upkeep and salaries; every Advance Cycle the market changes, runs progress, goods age, and heat climbs. Push too hard at one site and you risk a raid; let operator heat spike and the whole operation can crumble.

What you’ll do

• Build the network — Buy and upgrade warehouses, invest in HQ for passive income and heat bleed, and kit sites with security, climate, false fronts, and emergency disposal when things go sideways.
• Move the goods — Hire runners with Composure and Speed, dispatch runs on risky routes for multipliers, or sell through Inbox offers and Contacts at quoted prices.
• Play the factions — Reputation and faction standing feed sourcing and pricing; watch offer expiry as deals rotate each cycle.
• Manage the risk — Bribe, Lay Low, transfer stock between warehouses, unlock Operator Skills, and when it’s really bad, burn heat with a runner’s last resort.
